NOTARY OFFICES 19/57
Concept: Order, transparency, and professionalism.
Location: Cápita Sur Building, Querétaro.
Objective: The new offices of Notary 19/57 are the result of merging two buildings into a 300m² space, conceived as a single architectural entity. The project is conceived as an exercise in synthesis between functionality, identity, and atmosphere, where every spatial decision responds both to the client's operational needs and to the construction of a solid and contemporary institutional image.
The design articulates clear pathways, hierarchical areas, and a continuous spatial flow, supported by a palette of materials that balances warmth and formality. Natural woods, neutral tones, and understated surfaces define a professional, serene, and timeless environment. Acoustic treatment is precisely integrated into meeting rooms, signing areas, and reception areas, guaranteeing comfort, privacy, and concentration during the most important moments of notarial practice.
More than an adaptation, the project is a transformation: a space where architecture becomes a silent but powerful support for trust, legality and encounters between people.
