Concept: “Multiple Intersection.”

 

Location: Fraccionamiento Zibatá, Querétaro.

 

Objective: To optimize the irregular and limited terrain, defined by its perimeter restrictions and site characteristics. The design is primarily based on the needs of a young family, allowing the site’s conditions to dictate the design diagrams. The spaces are transformed through the intersection of topographic axes, derived from the polygonal geometry, dominant winds, visual alignments, and access points.
