Concept: “Scale and Heights.”

 

Location: El Mirador.

 

Objective: The design revolves around the interplay of volumes with varying heights, sizes, and positions, creating a dynamic architectural composition. The primary goal is to optimize the use of space while introducing movement through a series of recesses in the volumetric planes. This concept is reinforced by a spacious master bedroom and a semi-private rooftop, serving as essential spaces for enjoying privacy and the surrounding landscape.
