Concept: Temporary refuge.

 

Location: Preserve, Juriquilla, Querétaro.

 

Objective:  This residential project was conceived for a Canadian client with a deep passion for automotive mechanics and a desire to enjoy temporary stays in Mexico. The home is designed to balance life as a couple with a lifestyle that combines work and pleasure, free from the pressure of time.

 

With a surface area of ​​250 m² distributed over three levels, each floor has been carefully zoned to provide identity and autonomy to its spaces. The interior design adopts a minimalist aesthetic, based on a warm and contemporary color palette. The selected materials prioritize low maintenance, ensuring functionality without compromising the comfort or warmth of the spaces.
