Location: Zarú Cluster, Querétaro.

 

Objective: This residence emerges as a prototype inspired by the impact of “Casa Roca” in Altozano, a project developed in a community surrounded by protected natural landscapes and green areas that integrate seamlessly with the site.

 

Casa SC is also situated in a prime location within the city’s fastest-growing area. The design preserves the essence of its predecessor while evolving through the integration of prefabricated cladding materials.

 

This approach optimizes construction processes, aligning with the project’s economic objective as a prototype.
