Concept: “Observation in Motion.”

 

Location: Condominio Home Coto Club, Milenio III.

 

Objective: To achieve optimal adaptation on an irregular corner lot, making the most of its functional layout while maximizing views toward the Tángano nature reserve and the city. The volumetric composition, carefully studied for sun exposure, materializes the project’s core design idea.
