Concept: Premium Residential Expansion

Location: Campanario, Querétaro

 

Objective: This residential expansion project aims to offer a more spacious, contemporary, and luxurious image on the front facade, as well as a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the back garden. With a total area of ​​713.11 m², the proposed expansion of the pool in the back garden utilizes Dekton slabs in a Polar tone to achieve a clean and elegant appearance, complemented by LED lighting and wooden decking.

 

The back garden is also remodeled, incorporating a landscape design with ambient lighting tailored to the family's needs. The carport is also expanded, constructed with a rustic wood and black steel structure, represented by tubular columns and I-beams, respecting and harmonizing with the original design of the house. All of these elements contribute to highlighting and enhancing the luxurious and spacious image of the main facade.
