Concept: "A Meeting of Rhythm and Contrast."

Location: El Pueblito - Los Olvera (Querétaro).

Objective: To develop a sculptural, four-story building for physical and mental therapy offices. It will also provide space for the healthcare sector, offering office rentals. Rhythm and contrast will be achieved through the intersection of structural elements on different planes. Since the site is still in its initial stages of development, the aim is to create an iconic building.
