Concept: “Rhythm and Contrast Encounter.”

 

Location: El Pueblito - Los Olvera (Querétaro).

 

Objective: The project involves the development of a sculptural four-story building designed for physical and mental therapy offices. Additionally, it will accommodate healthcare services by offering rental consultation spaces. The design achieves rhythm and contrast through the intersection of structural elements across various planes. As the surrounding urban context is in its early development phase, the goal is to establish an iconic architectural landmark.
