Concept: Warm Antagonism.

 

Location: Lomas Norte, San Lorenzo No. 20, Querétaro.

 

Objective: The residence’s interior contrasts with the standardized façades of the surrounding housing complex, which follow a uniform prototype dictated by the community’s architectural guidelines. This project creates a unique identity through warm materials and a thoughtful color palette, framing and enveloping each space.

 

The house features 500m² of construction, with generously sized social and private areas designed for a young couple accustomed to hosting large family gatherings.
