Location: High Park Querétaro Building (Centro Sur).

 

Objective: The Guadarrama office project marks our second participation in its development. As is typical of our approach, we conducted a detailed analysis of the office needs, this time facing the challenge of reducing its footprint by 40% while understanding the evolving work dynamics. Although the number of employees remains the same, the shift toward a focus on smaller-scale legal matters was a key factor in redefining the architectural program.

 

In a space of just 100 m², we were able to articulate predominantly open areas, optimizing the efficiency of the usable area. This design is complemented by versatile Sunón furniture, which contributes to the functionality and flexibility of the work environment.
