IUS Project – Mexico City

Concept: “Luxury & Sophistication”

Location: Gabriel Mancera, Benito Juárez, CDMX

Objective: Recently founded, IUS University offers postgraduate and doctoral programs in law and philosophy. The first phase of this project involves adapting a 200 m² office space into classrooms.

Given the post-pandemic evolution of learning spaces, the design integrates modular and dynamic solutions, allowing flexibility for users. Movable learning modules and integrated desk chairs are key elements in this adaptable educational environment.
