Concept: Humanized Connection

Location: VAOII Building - San Pedro Garza, Monterrey

Objective: The expansion project of Casa de Bolsa MASARI continues, opening branches and enriching the team with alliances in different regions of the country.

We now have a project that evolves the original architectural concept, moving beyond a sole focus on materiality and specific operational needs, while still addressing the necessary technical aspects for its operation.

The main focus has been on humanizing the offices, enhancing transparency, lighting, and interaction in open spaces. This is especially true in areas with longer workdays, which occupy 70% of the 245 m² of the renovated space.
