Concept: Industrial technology.

• Location: Av. Carbonera, Colinas del Cimatario, Querétaro.

 

Objective:

A 400 m² office building developed on a 200 m² lot in the southern part of the city. This project responds to the growing demands of VISTA Solutions, a company experiencing rapid expansion.

 

The design includes two levels with open workstations, executive offices, a meeting room, a cafeteria, a server room, and archives. Since the company does not receive clients or suppliers, its operational efficiency is prioritized both internally and in the parking area.

 

The facades wrap the metallic structural framework and industrial spaces, creating a monolithic stone-like volume that integrates discreetly yet warmly into the surrounding residential context.
