Concept: Industrial Technology.

Location: Av. Carbonera, Colinas del Cimatario, Querétaro.

 

Objective: This is a 400m² office building, situated on a 200m² lot in the southern part of the city. The project addresses the current needs of VISTA Solutions, a company experiencing rapid growth. It features two levels with open workspaces, executive offices, a boardroom, a cafeteria, a server room, and archives. A key aspect of the design is that the company will not receive visits from clients or suppliers; therefore, activity both in the parking area and inside the building will be highly operational. The facades cover the metal structure and industrial spaces, creating a monolithic, stone-like structure that seeks to integrate with the surrounding residential context, resulting in a discreet, warm, and appropriately scaled environment.
