Concept: Sophisticated Dynamism

Location: Plaza Bajío, León, Guanajuato

Objective: We continue with the expansion project for Masari "Casa de Bolsa" (Stock Exchange House), through team planning for the strategic opening of branches in different regions of the country. This is the case with the offices in León, Guanajuato, where the concept of dynamic, generative, and pioneering elements and materials is further developed. Through warm accents, the building's structure is exposed and integrated with the finishes. This occurs within a 120m² space with a double-height ceiling, and the specific program of needs is organized both below and above the mezzanine structure.
