Location: Paseo Zakia Shopping Plaza

Objective: The offices and customer service center for water consumption are being redesigned on the second floor of a shopping mall. Immediate customer service and comfort are a priority due to the type of service required. A calm, warm, and clear atmosphere is required to manage customer emotions during service. The organic ambiance, through colorimetry, architectural elements, and the use of direct and indirect lighting, is part of the shift toward hospitality as a result of the ongoing global health situation.
