Concept: The Flow of Water

Location: Zibatá - Discovery Center, Querétaro

 

Objective: Operadora Querétaro Moderno manages water services for various residential developments in the city. Their office design prioritizes customer comfort and service efficiency, fostering trust in an industry often associated with sensitive public concerns.

 

Through organic spaces, transparency, and light-filled environments, the design challenges the perception of water service administration as bureaucratic or impersonal. The project integrates 170 m² of renovation and 130 m² of expansion, creating a seamless transition between the existing and new corporate facilities.
